• Additional certifications or modifications may be required to meet specific regional building standards.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship globally to Australia, USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and other destinations upon request.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, shipping routes, and unforeseen circumstances.
• Flat-pack components are optimised for container loading. Modular homes may require special transport arrangements.
• The User is responsible for site preparation, crane access, and assembly arrangements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranties

• Timber materials carry manufacturer warranties as specified in individual project contracts.
• FSC-certified timber is sourced from responsibly managed forests.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, modification, or failure to follow provided assembly guides.

7. Intellectual Property
